Job summary

The New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is seeking an Oracle Financial ERP and EPM Support Specialist who reports to the VP of Enterprise Architecture. This role supports Oracle ERP and EPM platforms while expanding into analytics, automation, AI-enabled insights, and Microsoft ecosystem integration.

The ideal candidate combines Oracle Financials expertise with BI, scripting, and cloud skills, translating trends into secure enterprise solutions for NYC housing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Financial modules (GL, AR, AP, PO) and EPM.
• Proficiency in Power BI, OBIA/OBIEE, and data visualization.
• Experience with ODI or ETL tools is a plus.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL and object-oriented programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle ERP Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing.
• Support, configure, and enhance Oracle EPM modules, including reconciliations and financial close processes.
• Maintain integrations between ERP, EPM, and downstream reporting platforms.
• Assist with annual 1099 processing, validation, corrections, and vendor communications.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to resolve transactional issues, reconciliations, and reporting discrepancies with Emphasys Debt and Investment applications and Benedict Loan Servicing application.
