  • Experience Required: 5+ Years in Oracle Cloud Security
Key Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Security, including role design across functional and technical domains
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM security configurations
  • Understanding of security frameworks, access controls, and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion security roles, data access policies, and privileges
  • Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes
  • Design and maintain PaaS security framework, including IDCS domains and user-group mappings
  • Implement persona-based security aligned with business workflows
  • Enforce segregation of duties (SoD) to prevent conflicts
  • Monitor access logs and system activities for unauthorized access
  • Conduct internal security audits and prepare compliance reports
  • Design and maintain custom roles based on business needs
  • Support cloud migration activities with security configurations
  • Review and optimize roles as business needs evolve
  • Investigate and resolve security incidents with root-cause analysis
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support for issue resolution and security patches
  • Maintain documentation on configurations, incidents, and resolutions
  • Provide end-user training on Oracle security principles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for secure integrations
  • Implement Oracle Risk Management Cloud controls
