• Experience delivering ERP, HCM or EPM transformation initiatives.
• MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent programme management expertise.

The Opportunity As an Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager, you'll own the successful delivery of complex Oracle transformation programmes, ensuring exceptional outcomes for customers whilst leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams. You'll be the trusted advisor customers rely on to navigate major business change, balancing strategic thinking, programme governance, commercial oversight and delivery excellence.
