The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to plan, document, and implement Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM updates for the District of Columbia. The role ensures financial system integrity and supports quarterly patches.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, fit‑gap analysis, prototyping, configuration, testing, end‑user training, and issue resolution. Four years of related experience and strong communication are required; Oracle ERP Cloud/EPM

Qualifications

• 4 years of progressive work experience in financial systems or ERP environments.
• Strong collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Test and analyze enhancement requests.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and as-is/to-be designs.
• Assist with prototype, functional system configuration, testing, and end-user training.
• Assess internal controls, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
• Perform related administrative duties as assigned.
