Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of ERP experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering multiple Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Experience in enterprise architecture or solution architecture roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and define end-to-end Oracle ERP architecture across Finance and SCM domains.
• Translate business strategy into scalable, secure, and future-ready ERP solutions.
• Lead solution architecture, design authority, and governance across programs.
• Drive architecture for implementations, rollouts, and transformation initiatives.
• Define and standardize architecture frameworks, best practices, and design principles.
• Architect and oversee integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Define data migration and data governance strategies, including FBDI and reconciliation models.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and compliance of ERP systems.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution discussions, and stakeholder workshops.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to drive enterprise-wide ERP strategy.
• Guide teams on extensions, customizations (VBCS/Redwood), and reporting architecture.
• Mentor teams and provide technical and functional direction across projects.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
