Role Importance

• Manage all aspects of the Oracle Cloud EPM solution, focusing on ARCS and PBCS, including requirements analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing, reports, and support.
• Assist with other Oracle Cloud EPM areas like EDMS and FCCS, and support Oracle Cloud ERP as needed.
• Implement new functionalities, enhance existing ones, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to optimize business processes.
• Support business users with issue resolution, root cause analysis, and coordination with Oracle and IT teams.

Candidate Background

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Oracle EPM, especially ARCS and PBCS.
• Technical skills in data integration, system administration, and troubleshooting within Oracle EPM.
• Experience working with finance and business teams on planning models and financial systems.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
