Job summary

Disa Consulting Services seeks an EPM - FCCS Financial Consolidation and Data Management Consultant with deep hands-on experience in Financial Close processes, HFM and FCCS. The role requires multiple end-to-end implementations and strong data management capabilities.

You will engage directly with clients, design solutions, and deliver robust consolidation and reporting architectures using Oracle Hyperion tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience with 5+ years in Financial Close processes focusing on HFM and FCCS.
• Minimum 3 FCCS implementations required.
• Experience with data integration using Data Management module.
• Hands-on HFM, FCCS and FDM implementations across full life cycle.
• Strong Oracle Hyperion architecture knowledge and customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Title: EPM - FCCS Financial Consolidation and Data Management Consultant

Employment: Full-time

Experience: 7+ years overall (minimum 5 years focused primarily on Financial Close processes, particularly HFM and FCCS)

About the Role

We are looking for an EPM - FCCS Financial Consolidation and Data Management Consultant with strong experience in Financial Close processes, HFM, FCCS and Data Management/FDM. The candidate should have hands-on implementation experience across HFM, FCCS and FDM, with strong understanding of Financial Consolidation processes and Oracle Hyperion architecture.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience with min. 5 years focused primarily on Financial Close processes and particularly around HFM and FCCS (Min. 3 FCCS implementation experiences are must)
• Excellent experience managing data integration using Data Management module
• Demonstrated experience in implementing HFM, FCCS & Data Management/ FDM based Financial Consolidation applications including data integration
• Managed and executed at least 4-5 end-to-end HFM, FCCS and FDM implementations covering complete life cycle
• Adept with Oracle Hyperion architecture
• Sound knowledge of typical Financial Consolidation processes within an organization
• Experience in face-to-face interactions and engagement with customers
• Well versed in oral and written communication. Must be able to articulate his/her thoughts clearly
• Good documentation and presentation skills. Must be capable of creating collaterals and presentations
• Must have hands-on experience in working with the following tools/technologies:
