As an Oracle EPM Integration Principal Consultant for our EPM Data Integration Team, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of data integration components within an overall EPM solution, primarily using Cloud Data Management and Data Exchange products.
You will manage a team within the EPM Data Integration team, ensuring leading practices are maintained.
You will work with a team of individuals ranging from Principal Architects to Associate Consultants. In this role, you will have significant opportunities for growth, including mentorship, presenting at industry conferences, and participating in business development. You will report to the Manager of the EPM Data Integration team. If you enjoy both the technical aspects of the EPM/Hyperion suite and managerial responsibilities, then this role is for you.
Travel to client sites may be required up to 25% of the time. Please note that this role is open across the United States.
Facilitate key business decisions required to develop technical architecture and detailed design;
Proactively identify and communicate messages and updates regarding blockers, dependencies, risks, and status to all project stakeholders;
Create and maintain accurate, unambiguous technical design documents with appropriate level of detail in a standardized format;
Design solutions and guide junior resources to ensure the build is delivered on time and with high quality;
Work as a subject matter expert (SME) and guide project managers with estimation, timeline and tasks or the project plan;
Work with other EPM Data Integration senior resources to establish standards and monitor progress towards consistent conformance to standards;
Manage currently assigned and future additions to the EPM DI team;
Learn new technologies and explore solutions beyond the norms, while keeping in mind efforts and complexity;
Assist the manager of the EPM Data Integration team with work efforts for various upcoming projects.
Minimum 5 years of consulting experience within the Oracle EPM suite;
Minimum 5 years of integration product experience (Data Exchange, CDM, FDMEE, ODI, EPMIA, Informatica, MuleSoft, DataStage, etc.);
Minimum 5 years of experience in data wrangling, as well as mapping and transforming data from source to target;
Minimum 5 years of experience developing with C-family programming languages such as Java, Groovy, or C#;
Minimum 3 years of experience developing scripts using PowerShell or Bash;
Minimum 3 years of experience working with REST APIs;
Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple resources either as a people manager or a project manager;
Experience with full project life cycle (requirements through go live), with 5 or more projects with an emphasis on risk reduction and quality processes that result in high value deliverables;
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, SAP, or PeopleSoft;
Working knowledge of Oracle EPM REST APIs and EPM Automate Commands for all EPM products;
Working knowledge of EPM Cloud Products such as FCCS, EPBCS, PCMCS, or ARCS;
Strong prioritization, sense of ownership, and focus skills with multitasking and competing priorities, and the ability to make the right trade-offs;
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to lead conversations and meetings with technical and non-technical audiences.
Linux and Bash experience;
Oracle OTBI or BI Publisher experience;
System and integration testing, and user acceptance testing experience.
