The exceptional EY experience. It's yours to build.

EY focuses on high-ethical standards and integrity among its employees and expects all candidates to demonstrate these qualities.

EY is a leader in serving the global financial services marketplace and the only professional services firm with a separate business unit dedicated to the financial services industry – the Financial Services Organization (FSO). Our focused model and bold ambition have put us at the center of the events that continue to reshape and redefine our industry, working side by side with a range of clients from our most venerable institutions to dynamic new entrants across Banking and Capital Markets, Wealth and Asset Management, Insurance, and Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction.

**The opportunity**

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our global FSO Consulting, System Integration (SI) Oracle team. Individuals will work directly with EY leadership and clients to integrate Oracle solutions that transform the way they do business. You will work to identify business requirements and solutions that align with Oracle technologies supporting the finance organizations of our clients.

As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that are in perfect harmony with business objectives.

**Your key responsibilities**

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch business analysis and system configuration. Your day-to-day will involve:

  1. Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
  2. Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
  3. Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
  4. Expect to travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients.

**Skills and attributes for success**

To thrive in this role, you should be action-oriented and adept at delivering processes, solutions, and projects. Your influence will extend beyond project delivery, impacting sales and service offerings. Key skills include:

  1. Participating in a global team of technology professionals through all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture and functional design, testing, and implementation while maintaining strong client relationships.
  2. Knowledge of the financial services, Oracle system expertise and strong communication and leadership skills.
  3. Analytical prowess and decision-making based on a broad understanding of policies.
  4. Ability to guide and develop junior team members.
  5. Proven track record of complex problem-solving and relationship management.

**To qualify for the role, you must have**

  1. A Bachelor's degree
  2. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with system implementation execution, system implementation design, and/or lean / six-sigma operational improvement projects.
  3. Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM (EPBCS, PCMCS, EDMCS)
  4. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience.
  5. Deliver quality project execution by supporting project/program team economics, performance against the job arrangement and budget, and proactively addressing issues on scope, timing, and resources as appropriate or necessary.
  6. Support the development of repeatable services, tools, points of view, and thought leadership to differentiate EY from its peers.
  7. Ability to develop detailed knowledge of Oracle technologies of one or more Oracle applications related to Cloud ERP, PeopleSoft, Hyperion EPM or OFSAA/FAH.
  8. Demonstrated ability to participate in a global team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture and functional design, testing, and implementation while maintaining strong client relationships.
  9. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50-70%.

**Ideally, you’ll also have**

  1. Experience in managing against an onshore/offshore model; definition of business and technical requirements; design of technology architecture; system selection and implementation support; data mapping and conversion; proof of concept; business and IT process reengineering; program/project management and implementation planning (PMO).
  2. **What we offer**

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
