Job summary

Accenture is hiring in Scottsdale for a Senior Oracle EPM professional to lead complex transformation programs from architecture to deployment. You will guide cross-functional teams across planning, budgeting, and ERP integrations to ensure scalable, integrated EPM solutions that align with client Finance and Technology objectives.

You will influence solution decisions, manage delivery risks, and drive successful program milestones while working in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion and Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale EPM deployments end-to-end.
• Strong architecture and delivery experience across multiple EPM capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution and delivery of complex Oracle EPM Cloud transformation programs from architecture to deployment.
• Define EPM solution approach across Planning, EPCM, Projects/Project Planning, ensuring scalable architecture.
• Direct cross-functional teams through design, configuration, integrations, testing, and production.
• Advise Finance and Technology leadership on solution decisions, risks, and trade-offs.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
