Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an Oracle EPM/EPBCS consultant to lead and support PBCS implementations, design architectures, and ensure successful client delivery. The role requires SME-level knowledge, strong communication, and ability to bridge end users with the project team.

Responsibilities include integration with ERP systems, data consolidation, and post-implementation support. You will work with Fusion PBCS modules, manage stakeholders, and drive innovative solutions across projects.

Qualifications

• Oracle EPM PBCS functional SME; implement and support Oracle applications.
• Fusion PBCS module expertise and AIM/OUM methodologies.
• Experience preparing BR100, MD50, TE020 and related documents (To-Be, FD, Test Scripts).
• Strong written and oral communication; client-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

• Implementation: Leading or participating in EPM/EPBCS projects with PBCS.
• Consolidation/Close for FCCS; data loading, calculations, reporting.
• Metadata management and mappings in FCCS; integrate with EDMCS/ERPs.
• Post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and user training.

Oracle EPM with EPBCS, FCCS

Reporting: Creating and maintaining reports using Financial Reporting Studio or other reporting tools.

EPBCS

• Oracle Certified Functional SME (Finance - EPM PBCS) Implement/Support Oracle Application. Ability to understand and articulate client's business requirement. Identify GAPs in the Process and provide solution. Ability to design and architect solutions across multiple system and its integration. Manage a team and ensure delivery.
• SME in functional experience in Fusion PBCS Modules
• Expertise in AIM/OUM methodologies
• Implementation (At least 1 Fusion Cloud Implementation Covering PBCS ) experience is must
• Experience in preparing BR100,MD50,TE020 and other documents (Configuration, To-Be, FD, Test Scripts etc)
• Strong written and oral communication
• Knowledge on handling integrations with 3rd Party Applications
• Client facing experience with excellent interpersonal skills
• Manage team and ability to effectively communicate between end users and team members
• Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations.
• Responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact.

FCCS

• An FCCS consultant or specialist would typically be responsible for:
• Implementation: Leading or participating in the implementation of FCCS, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing.
• Consolidation and Close: Managing the financial close process, including data loading, calculations, and reporting.
• Metadata Management: Maintaining dimensions, hierarchies, and mappings within FCCS.
• Integration: Integrating FCCS with other systems like EDMCS, ERPs, and reporting tools.
• Support: Providing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system enhancements, and user training.
• Business Rules: Developing and maintaining business rules within FCCS.
