Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) Database Administrator to support mission-critical Oracle environments underpinning production and development systems. You will ensure stability, performance, and security while collaborating with functional, infrastructure, and security teams.

Remote US-based role with on-call support and upgrades. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Oracle EBS experience, RAC/Data Guard expertise, and familiarity with Hyperion/EPM and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS applications and environments.
• Deep understanding of Oracle databases, Exadata environments, RAC, and Data Guard.
• Experience with middleware applications like Hyperion/EPM and Tableau.
• Ability to diagnose complex production issues under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Be available for off-hour deployments and on-call support
• Automate routine DBA tasks using Python and Ansible
• Collaborate with functional, infrastructure, and security teams
• Monitor and address application or system issues proactively

For our client, we are seeking a Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) Database Administrator to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will support mission-critical Oracle environments that underpin both production operations and development systems. The ideal candidate will help ensure stability, performance, and security across complex database and application landscapes while partnering closely with functional, infrastructure, and security teams. This position also involves proactive issue resolution, automation, and lifecycle support for upgrades, patching, and environment management.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $129,813 – $175,375 annually
