Softworld, a Kelly Company, seeks an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Developer to support Oracle EBS R12 apps in a federal government setting. This hands-on role focuses on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Oracle-based applications, integrations, and reports.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL/PLSQL development skills, solid EBS architecture knowledge, and experience supporting complex DoD civilian personnel systems. DoD experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS technical development experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Release 12 (R12).
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher.
• Experience developing RICEW components and supporting system integrations.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, data models, APIs, and open interfaces.
• Experience supporting federal government or DoD applications or projects.
• Understanding of federal enterprise systems, data integrations, and compliance-driven environments.
• Understanding of software development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Oracle EBS R12 applications and enhancements.
• Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Build and support integrations between Oracle EBS and external applications using APIs and interfaces.
• Develop and maintain RICEW components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows.
• Create and enhance reports using Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and related reporting tools.
• Support data migrations, system upgrades, patching, testing, and production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support Oracle EBS HR-related applications and integrations within a federal environment.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Developer to support and enhance Oracle EBS R12 applications within a federal government environment.

This is a hands-on technical development role focused on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Oracle applications, integrations, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL/PLSQL development experience, a solid understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, and experience supporting complex federal systems.

Experience with Oracle HRMS/HCM applications and Department of Defense (DoD) civilian personnel systems is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Oracle EBS R12 applications and enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x.
• Direct experience with DMDC, DCPDS, or DoD civilian personnel systems.
• Familiarity with MyBiz+, DFAS, ATAAPS, or federal HR workflows.
• Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Java, or Fast Formulas.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, or XML.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting, performance tuning, and Oracle EBS patching.
