• Conduct technical design and PL/SQL development.
• Resolve production support tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Advise customers on solutions for production issues.

Location: Remote

Experience: 8-12 Years

Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Responsibilities

• Technical Design
• PL/SQL Development and unit Testing
• Unit Test Plan
• Resolving Production support Tickets
• Troubleshooting and Root cause analysis.
• Release and Deployment
• Advise solution approaches to customer for any production issue or enhancement or new development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBusiness technical development
• Should have strong SQL, PLSQL skills with RICEWF Components
• Knowledge of Oracle SCM functional modules.
• Ability to understand customer issues, troubleshoot and effectively resolve them.
• Ability to understand customers business requirements, prepare technical design and unit Test cases.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Good trouble‑shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving.
