JD:

Must Have: This position is responsible for testing Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules like Purchasing, Inventory, BOM & WIP.

Responsibilities

1. Communicate the vision for the system by documenting, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements from business objectives, documenting those requirements and refining them into technical action items.
2. Engage business users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective technology solutions.
3. Engage business users to support all necessary clarification for the Project Team, Development Team and Production Support Team to design and implement an effective solution.
4. Verification of feasibility of Business User's request functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures.
5. Ability to create and present key requirements artifacts without direct supervision, including Scope Documents, Use Cases, Functional designs, detailed specifications of Business Rules, Activity Diagrams, Business Process Mapping Diagrams, Application Gap analysis.
6. Expert understanding and ability to query and analyze application data schema.
7. Provide business and technical leadership and work with the IT Project Team to ensure projects progress against expected timelines, alerting the project team to risks and issues.
8. Complete assigned projects in a timely and cost-effective manner, coordinating internal and external resources as necessary.
9. Ensure the security of customer’s confidential and proprietary information.
10. Establish working relationships outside your area of expertise.
11. Solve complex problems, taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions and develop new concepts, methods, and techniques.
12. Research and implement technological strategic solutions.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in information and communication technology or similar;
• 6-10 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Expert level knowledge of Oracle ERP Application functionality.
• Expert level knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes & Testing methodologies.
• Experience in testing Oracle Fusion during SIT, UAT & Regression Testing.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience in 2-3 full lifecycle implementations for Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Order Management, and Financial Modules.
• Strong business acumen combined with deep IT knowledge.
• Proven record of strategic project planning and client management.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with varying deadlines effectively.
