Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced Oracle EBS R2R Functional Lead to guide Finance application support within a Managed Services setup, ensuring stability and financial process integrity across GL, CM, FA, Intercompany and Financial Reporting.

You will manage incidents, changes, and month-/quarter-/year-end closes, collaborating with business, technical, and reporting teams to drive continuous improvement and governance across North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of Oracle EBS Financials functional experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, Period Close, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience leading AMS engagements and distributed support teams.
• Strong accounting and finance process knowledge.
• Proven client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ITIL-based Managed Service delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS R2R support, enhancement, and service delivery activities.
• Provide functional leadership across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Financial Reporting.
• Manage incidents, problem management, change requests, and minor enhancements.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive service improvements.
• Collaborate with business, technical, reporting, and integration teams.
• Monitor SLA/KPI compliance and participate in governance reviews.
