Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking an Oracle EBS Project Manager for a Day1 onsite engagement in New York, NY. The role leads medium to large development and implementation projects for global Employee Benefit applications with cross-region collaboration.

You will plan and facilitate functional workshops, guide solution vision, and drive analysis to ensure timely, quality delivery. Strong Agile and governance experience is required to manage multi-country teams and complex change programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans for Oracle EBS initiatives.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, sponsors and clients to define scope and priorities.
• Provide leadership on project cadence, governance and reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence and risk management across multiple regions.
