Job summary

Citi in India seeks an experienced Oracle EBS P2P Production Support Lead Business Analyst to manage a portfolio of Procure to Pay solutions, lead complex production issues, and ensure SLA adherence across cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep Oracle ERP knowledge (Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, GL, AP/AR), strong SQL/PLSQL skills, ITIL understanding, and the ability to coordinate BRDs, UAT, and production migrations in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP modules.
• Strong knowledge on Oracle ERP Procure to Pay suite of modules, version R12.1.3 or higher.
• Good knowledge on Procure to Pay suite, AP, Purchasing, iProcurement, GL, FA, PA or iSupplier.
• Good knowledge on SQL/PL SQL queries.
• Understanding of Oracle data models and integration with other modules.
• Hands on experience in Oracle debugging techniques, excellent problem solving skills.
• Experience of using AI tools to enhance workflows and work products in Oracle ERP domain.
• Preferred experience interacting with multiple clients/users in an IT analyst role requiring strong organizational skills and business judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to methodically synthesize and analyze data with precise qualitative outputs.
• Attention to detail to ensure precision of data and overall quality of outputs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
• Ability to embrace and master new technologies and changing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production support functional query handling for complex production issues, work with cross functional teams to progress/resolve on a timely basis, ensure adherence of SLAs.
• Resolve and perform root cause analysis on complex Production Support Issues; partner with business to understand their requirements; prepare Functional Specifications and Design documents; perform system configuration; update training material as needed; participate in UAT as needed.
• Work with Oracle Support for product related bugs/data fixes through Oracle Service Requests and ensure timely progress and delivery of solutions.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely BRDs, testing support, resolution of UAT issues and production migration support.
• Provide analytical support by writing complex queries.
• Maintain positive relationships with business and internal stakeholders; schedule meetings and prepare agendas/minutes.

The candidate will execute a wide range of product support activities within Citi’s Third-party Source to Pay technology / Supply Chain functions, both quantitative and qualitative in nature to support Citi’s Procure to Pay application landscape.

• Primarily support the tracking of the portfolio of development initiatives, programs, risks, and issues within the milestone process which is reported to the Technology Business Heads, and has high visibility across senior technology managers.
• Lead Production support functional query handling for complex production issues, work with cross functional teams to progress/resolve on a timely basis, ensure adherence of SLAs.
• Proven experience with Oracle ERP Applications across implementation, support and enhancement type of projects. Experience/Familiarity with a Supply Chain Operations organization is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in Oracle P2P modules, Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General ledger, Fixed assets or project accounting.
• Exposure to Oracle workflows, customization and solutioning approaches
• Resolve and perform root cause analysis on complex Production Support Issues Partners with business to understand their requirement needs. Prepares Functional Specifications and Design documents. Performs system configuration. Create / Update training material as and when needed. Ensure procedural documents are up-to-date. Participate in User Acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
• Work on complex production support queries and provide timely resolution for tickets, both Incidents and Requests

• Provide analytical support by writing complex queries.
• Maintain positive and trusted working relationships with all business and internal stakeholders. Partners with business clients to understand their requirement needs.
• Schedule meetings as required, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
