Citi is seeking an Oracle EBS AP Finance Functional Consultant to support Citi's P2P and ERP landscape. The role focuses on production support, issue resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement.

The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of Oracle ERP experience, strong SQL/PLSQL skills, and familiarity with ITIL processes. Hybrid work arrangement and ongoing documentation tasks are part of the role.

Job Overview

The candidate will execute a wide range of production support activities within Citi’s Third‑party Source to Pay technology / Supply Chain functions, both quantitative and qualitative in nature to support Citi’s Procure to Pay application landscape.

• Primarily support the tracking of the portfolio of development initiatives, programs, risks, and issues within the milestone process which is reported to the Technology Business Heads, and has high visibility across senior technology managers.
• Proven experience with Oracle ERP Applications across implementation, support and enhancement type of projects. Experience/Familiarity with a Supply Chain Operations organization is preferred, but not required.
• Production support functional query handling for complex production issues, work with cross functional teams to progress/resolve on a timely basis, ensure adherence of SLAs.
• Experience in Oracle P2P modules, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and procurement modules
• Exposure to Oracle workflows, customization and solutioning approaches
• Resolve and perform root cause analysis on complex Production Support Issues Partners with business to understand their requirement needs. Prepares Functional Specifications and Design documents. Performs system configuration. Create / Update training material as and when needed. Ensure procedural documents are up-to-date. Participate in User Acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
• Work on complex production support queries and provide timely resolution for tickets, both Incidents and Requests
• Prepares Functional Specifications and Design documents. Performs system configuration. Create / Update training material as and when needed.
• Work with oracle Support for any product related bugs/data fixes through Oracle Service Requests and ensure timely progress and delivery of solutions.
• Should be able to provide guidance for vendor support team
• Should have good understanding of ITIL Support process, Oracle financial applications
• Work on enhancements/change requests as part of legal & regulatory requirements
• Co‑ordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BRDs, testing support, resolution of UAT issues and production migration support
• Provide analytical support by writing complex queries.
• Maintain positive and trusted working relationships with all business and internal stakeholders. Partners with business clients to understand their requirement needs.
• Schedule meetings as required, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes.

Job Skills/Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP modules.
• Strong knowledge on Oracle ERP Procure to Pay suite of modules, version R12.1.3 or higher, AP, AR, iSupplier, Supplier Maintenance
• Good knowledge on GL, FA, PA, Purchasing, iProcurement
• Good knowledge on SQL/PL SQL queries
• Understanding of Oracle data models and integration with other modules
• Hands on experience in Oracle debugging techniques, excellent problem‑solving skills
• Experience of using AI tools to enhance workflows and work products in Oracle ERP domain.
• Preferred experience interacting with multiple clients/users in an IT analyst role requiring strong organizational skills and business judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to methodically synthesize and analyze data with precise qualitative outputs.
• Attention to detail to ensure precision of data and overall quality of outputs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
• Ability to embrace and master new technologies and changing processes.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision is required, as well as ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented atmosphere.
• Excellent follow‑up skills with attention to detail and ability to multi‑task, strong leadership skills, strong team‑orientation and interpersonal skills, flexibility and strong analytical skills.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
