Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an senior Oracle ERP specialist with deep expertise in Order Management and Advanced Pricing to lead end-to-end O2C processes. This role focuses on requirement gathering, design validation, testing support, and driving issue resolution across order-to-cash.

You will participate in rollout, production support, and process improvements for pricing, discounts, shipping, fulfillment, returns, and credit management within Oracle EBS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience with strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory, and integration with other Oracle EBS modules.
• Lead functional analysis, solution design, configuration, and support for Oracle EBS Order Management and Advanced Pricing processes.
• Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, validate designs, support testing, and drive issue resolution across Order-to-Cash processes.
• Support implementation, enhancement, rollout, and production support activities for order capture, pricing, discounting, shipping, fulfillment, returns, and RMA processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable Oracle EBS solutions for pricing, fulfillment, returns, credit management, and integrated O2C operations.
