Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated is seeking an experienced analyst to provide functional and technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), focusing on Process Manufacturing (OPM) within Supply Chain and Materials Management. The role collaborates with business partners to gather requirements and with developers to deliver design, integrations, and enhancements.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in technology/engineering and 7+ years in related work, including GXP project

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of project management and SDLC including BA, design, delivery, and testing.
• Experience leading Oracle EBS projects and changes in a GXP environment.
• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Expertise configuring, implementing and integrating Oracle EBS with OPM.
• Experience with Oracle Mobile Application (MWA).
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL and Oracle table structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle EBS, working with OPM modules and Supply Chain/Materials Management.
• Collaborate with partners to gather requirements and refine options for solution design.
• Collaborate with developers and other teams to deliver innovative technology projects, enhancements, and integrations.
• Maintain reliable, scalable, and compliant systems that meet business needs.
• Create and validate detailed functional and technical specifications and process flows for enhancements.
• Design, perform, and document system configuration within OPM/EBS.
• Telecommuting permitted up to 40%.
