Job summary

Amtec Staffing seeks an Oracle EBS ODM/MRP senior consultant in Pasadena, CA to lead complex inventory deployments. You will analyze requirements, map to Oracle EBS standard functionality, and implement ODM/MRP features including BOM, Inventory, WIP and costing. Strong SQL/PLSQL and Form Personalization skills are essential.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, designing solutions, tuning performance, and providing bi-weekly status updates to the project team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering two or more Common Inventory implementations as part of ODM/MRP deployments.
• Deep functional and technical ODM/MRP expertise including Inventory and Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP.
• Ability to map, fit, and enhance complex "As-Is" business processes into Oracle EBS standard functionality.
• Expert-level knowledge of ODM/MRP including Inventory setup steps, profile options, and system parameters to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Lead ESA to review existing business requirements and gather new requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and present options
• Map current-state and future-state business workflows
• Recommend Oracle configuration updates to optimize business processes
• Support ESA in implementing new features and/or system changes aligned with approved functional designs
• Troubleshoot application issues through resolution
• Log and manage Oracle Service Requests
• Create and update functional design documents, technical design documents, and process flows associated with configurations or approved customizations
• Develop scalable Oracle SQL/PLSQL code including procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
• Update existing code to meet evolving requirements
• Tune and optimize queries for performance
• Build or retrofit interfaces, APIs, and data loaders
• Support custom extensions including Form Personalization and custom.pll
• Diagnose system bottlenecks, debug functional and technical issues, and apply fixes
• Support testing and user training activities
• Perform additional duties as directed by project team
• Provide bi-weekly status reports
