Onset Technologies seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Oracle EBS ERP implementation projects in a dynamic environment. You will drive scope management, timelines, and resource planning while coordinating with business leads and vendor teams.

The role requires 15+ years in IT with 12+ in ERP project management, and hands-on Oracle EBS module knowledge. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success on multi-site initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Information Technology with at least 12+ in ERP project management
• Experience managing Oracle EBS ERP implementations (not upgrades)
• Knowledge of various Oracle EBS modules
• Bachelor Degree required; PMP certification preferred/required

Responsibilities

• Directs implementation projects using established PM methodologies and governance
• Oversees scope, timelines, and change requests with approvals
• Manages project resources and leads teams to on-time delivery
• Identifies and mitigates project and operational risks
• Coordinates development work through vendors and contract resources
• Produces progress dashboards and status reports across test cycles and milestones
