Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of functional Oracle R12.13.x eBS experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering two or more full cycle Common Inventory implementations as part of ODM/MRP deployments in Oracle EBS R12.13.x.
• Deep knowledge of inventory data structures and controls including item master integrity, sub-inventories, locators, UOM Conversions, lot/serial control, and on-hand balance accuracy.
• Experience with project-based and multi-org inventory models, including common vs project-specific inventory and impacts on costing, planning, and financial reporting.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end ODM lifecycle, including Inventory, BOM, WIP, MRP, MPS, Purchasing, and Costing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; strong business analysis skills including process mapping and documentation.
• Ability to present functional options and recommendations to stakeholders; MS Office proficient.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ESA leads and business stakeholders to review, refine, and document business requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and deliver clear, actionable solution options.
• Map and document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Recommend Oracle eBS configuration updates that best support future operational needs.
• Support functional design development and ensure alignment with approved requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and system changes.
• Support functional testing and user training activities.
• Document functional designs, workflows, and any approved enhancements or process adjustments.
• Assist in resolving functional issues and guiding stakeholders through incident closure.
• Provide bi-weekly functional status reporting.
