Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Database Administrator (Application Developer) to join the Enterprise Technology and Operations team. This role focuses on maintaining the EBS database in RAC/Data Guard setups and Exadata environments, including patching, cloning, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities include collaborating with business partners to resolve performance issues and mentoring fellow DBAs, while supporting a modern banking technology stack and delivering

Qualifications

• 2+ years Oracle EBS Administration experience.
• Installation, upgrading, patching of EBS databases and applications
• Administration of EBS application and concurrent processing tiers
• Knowledge of UNIX and Linux
• Clone/Backup/Restore of EBS database and application
• Query tuning
• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years DBA experience preferred
• Oracle RAC and Data Guard experience helpful

We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Database Administrator (Application Developer) to join us in revolutionizing technology in the banking industry. This Oracle EBS Database Administrator (Application Developer) will be someone who can focus on detailed problems and come up with creative and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

Location:

This position can be located 100% remote within the United States or will be a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office) if you are within 50 miles of the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.

The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus is the company’s primary technology and operations center. Pay Range: $120,000 - $145,000
