Job summary

SMX seeks accomplished Business Analysts to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. You will gather requirements, design and implement system solutions, provide functional support, perform testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

The role requires active clearance or public trust, experience with iProcurement/iSupplier, SLA knowledge, and strong

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing and documenting business requirements for Oracle EBS.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience configuring Oracle EBS modules to meet client needs.
• Proven testing experience including test plans and UAT.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS enhancements.
• Design functional specifications and system solutions.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules to support projects to production.
• Develop test plans and perform functional testing and UAT.
• Provide ongoing functional support and coordinate with tech teams.
• Bridge business units and IT, ensuring alignment and integration.
• Identify process improvements using Oracle EBS.
• Create system/user docs and deliver user training.
