Job summary

SMX is seeking accomplished Business Analysts to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. You will gather requirements, design system solutions, and provide functional support across cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and align systems with business objectives.

Essential duties include requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience; postgraduate study may substitute for experience.
• Active clearance or public trust based on sponsor.
• Experience with iProcurement, iSupplier, Trading Partners, and Payables.
• Understanding of accounting and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
• Experience tailoring Oracle Applications to client requirements.
• Familiarity with Oracle 12.2.x schema and ability to create queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS features, enhancements, and configurations.
• Design system solutions leveraging Oracle EBS functionality.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs and support projects through production.
• Create test plans, scripts, cases, and perform functional testing; assist UAT.
• Provide ongoing end-user support and coordinate resolutions with tech teams.
• Bridge business units and technical teams to ensure successful integration.
• Analyze existing processes and identify Oracle EBS optimization opportunities.
• Develop system and user documentation; deliver training on new functionalities.
