SPN Solutions Inc. in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite Developer to extend and repair Oracle E-Business Suite for a mission inventory system and contribute to a cloud migration. The role is full-time with W-2, hybrid in Fairfax with some telework, starting October 2026.

You will work on PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and OAF; develop interfaces, support data migration, and ensure security and documentation are maintained.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field plus 7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite development or 10 years related experience.
• 4+ years experience each in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports, and Oracle Workflow Builder; 6 years across Oracle EBS applications.
• Experience applying security principles in development.
• Experience with supply chain modules (Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing or WMS).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain HHS Tier 2 public trust determination.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and test customizations, extensions and interfaces for Oracle E-Business Suite: PL/SQL packages, Oracle Forms and Reports, Workflow Builder, concurrent programs, OAF and APIs.
• Develop features for the new system in an agile cadence with cross-functional teams; peer review every change; no one merges their own code.
• Build and maintain interfaces that carry inventory, order and shipment data between Oracle and third-party warehouses; validate before posting.
• Support data migration from legacy to new system, including reconciliation scripts and cutover validation.
• Fix defects within release cycles, apply security principles in code, and keep technical docs current.
• Support patch impact analysis and retrofit customizations after Oracle patches.

Job Description

You extend and repair Oracle E-Business Suite for a mission inventory system, in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports and Workflow, and you build the pieces of the new cloud system that make warehouse data and Oracle agree. Full time, W-2, based in Fairfax, Virginia with some telework, starting October 2026.

Why this job exists

SPN Solutions has won a new contract to operate and modernize the information systems behind the Strategic National Stockpile, part of HHS's Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR). The Stockpile holds the nation's reserve of medicines and medical supplies for public health emergencies. When a hurricane, an outbreak or another emergency calls for those supplies, the systems this team runs are how the country knows what it has, where it is and how fast it can move. The platform is Oracle E-Business Suite, and the program is moving it to Oracle Cloud while raising the quality of the inventory data and tightening the integration with the warehouse partners that hold the stock. You would join at the start, on a new team, with real work to own from the first week.

• You complete HHS security, privacy and records management training before access, and cGMP training shortly after you start
