Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in planning or production scheduling.
• U.S. work authorization; ITAR requires U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Sequence and track Oracle jobs for mill production.
• Evaluate and sequence jobs for downstream production flow.
• Collaborate with Operations to optimize production lineups.
• Manage job completion and ensure customer delivery needs.
• Own the load list and align with transportation schedule.
• Provide status updates to Supply Chain and Production management.
• Create shortage, trial and sample jobs as needed.
• Support the Planning department in tasks to improve performance.
• Provide input for financial forecasts.
• Participate in weekly customer order status calls.
