Job summary

Concept Plus is looking for an Oracle DBA to support a federal client’s Web/Oracle system architecture in AWS. The role focuses on daily sustainment, database maintenance, and security compliance in a government hosting environment.

You will coordinate releases, manage configurations, implement IaC for database solutions, and ensure 100% data availability for reporting and analytics across the Propulsion community.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with active Secret Clearance.
• BA/BS preferred, can be replaced by additional experience.
• 3 years of DBA experience (Oracle) and Infrastructure software development.
• 1+ years Database management in an AWS Cloud environment (RDS).
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle database replication.
• Security+ CE or CCNA Security certification required.
• Knowledge of AWS and/or OCI related technologies and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the database and configuration on each database server and/or Cloud One, or any other hosting area as deemed fit.
• Coordinating release schedules with the PMO and interfacing partners.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code(IaC) scripts for database related solutions.
• Maintaining, updating, and ensuring the schema, processes, and subprocesses for reports are available 100% of the time for data analysis.
