Job summary

A staffing agency is looking for an experienced Oracle DBA to support application development teams. This remote role requires over 10 years of experience with Oracle DBA, particularly in a multitenant environment running Oracle 19c. Candidates must have expertise in data modeling, processing architectures, and performance tuning. The client is located in Madison, WI, and this position offers an initial 12-month contract with extensions possible.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle DBA experience working with application development teams in a multitenant environment running Oracle 19c.
• Expert knowledge of data modeling, processing architectures, and database schema design.
• Experience in creating and modifying Shell scripts for performance monitoring.
• Experience with regulated data such as IRS Pub 1075 and PII is highly recommended.

• Provide support as an Oracle DBA for application development teams.
• Optimize and certify database schema design to meet system requirements.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise-class applications handling sensitive information.
