The Oracle Database Manager leads and oversees the administration, integrity, security, and performance of enterprise Oracle database environments. This role is responsible for managing a team of database professionals, guiding architectural decisions, ensuring compliance with standards, and optimizing database operations to support organizational goals. The Oracle DBA Manager collaborates closely with application teams, infrastructure groups, security, and business stakeholders to deliver highly available and scalable Oracle database solutions. They provide strategic direction and hands‑on expertise to maintain current platforms, modernize legacy systems, and support future growth across mission‑critical workloads. This is an onsite position at the Indiana Government Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
