Columbia Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Data Steward / Oracle Database Developer to support enterprise data management and modernization initiatives, combining hands‑on database development with data stewardship responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to develop database solutions, improve data governance, support data migrations, and optimize performance to support mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Data Management or related field with 5+ years of Oracle DB development experience.
• Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL and 19c database knowledge.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data migration processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data quality, integrity, and security across enterprise data assets.
• Analyze and resolve data quality issues via profiling, cleansing, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain Oracle database applications including PL/SQL packages, procedures, and views.
• Create and optimize SQL for reporting, analytics, and system integrations.
• Lead data migration initiatives including ETL/ELT, validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop scripts to support data conversion, migration, and integration.
• Tune SQL/PLSQL performance and ensure scalable, reliable databases.
• Maintain database security through roles, access controls, and auditing.
