Job summary

TERREPOWER is seeking an Oracle Data Coordinator to ensure accurate item master data setup, maintenance and validation in Oracle, supporting smooth order processing and product launches. This role requires detailed data management and strong collaboration with Product Management, Planning and Distribution across our North American and European operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with ERP systems; Oracle or SAP strongly preferred.
Strong organizational and data management skills, with high attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and completeness.
A demonstrated process-oriented mindset and the discipline to follow standardized workflows.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute new item setup in Oracle, confirming data from Product Managers and validating completeness and accuracy.
Identify and resolve data conflicts and duplication before records are released downstream.
Assign and verify Harmonized Tariff Codes and NAPA codes.
Manage UPC creation and maintenance — aligning UPCs to brand standards and protecting data integrity.
Perform cross-reference uploads and maintenance — auditing and correcting inconsistencies.
