Accountabilities

• Participate in the hands-on build of the designed solution. Ensure all solutions are built to scale and work across various product lines.
• Participate in testing and deployment of CPQ solutions to develop and maintain a stable, efficient CPQ environment.
• Scrutinize and review both existing and proposed solutions, with an emphasis on performance and stability.
• Work with team members to integrate CPQ with Salesforce CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide troubleshooting and programming support for current Flowserve applications running on Oracle CPQ.
• Reinforce lessons learned through collaboration and refinement of solutions and ideas submitted by team members.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of Oracle CPQ experience.
• Experience with commerce flows within CPQ is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of languages such as SQL, Java, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, XML/XSL, BML.
• Understanding of efficient business processes within the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) domain.
• Experience with requirements and constraints related to heavy industry and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze business processes and develop systems to support and improve them.
• Experience with a variety of technology-agnostic processes and tools.
• Exposure to areas like Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP, ERP Cloud, and E-Commerce is a plus.
• Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting multiple geographically diverse facilities.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
