Overview:

Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS)is looking for an Oracle Conversion Developer (IT Analyst III) to support legacy data conversion activities within a federal ERP modernization initiative using Oracle EBS R12. Ensure data integrity, completeness, and audit compliance during conversion cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and validate data conversion programs using PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, and Oracle APIs.
• Collaborate with data owners and subject matter experts to gather and analyze conversion requirements.
• Design reusable scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Conduct data mapping and cleansing activities.
• Support conversion testing including trial loads, data reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues proactively.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Proficiency in data conversion strategy and execution.
• Experience with financial and procurement modules preferred.

Work Environment

Office environment. Requires ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing (100%). Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management, and client (100%). Occasional business travel may be required. Only requested and approved expenses will be covered by OTS.
