Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Consultant 1 in the US to join the Oracle practice, focusing on Oracle Apps Technical and Oracle Cloud solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, designing, coding, testing, and supporting ERP/Cloud deployments within a global delivery framework.

Candidates should have strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills, exposure to Oracle ERP, OBIEE, and ETL processes, and be willing to relocate or travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Apps technical and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of Oracle cloud.
• Experience in Oracle Applications Development.
• Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Exadata database and ETL processes development experience.
• Experience in Oracle Financials in a corporate environment.
• Experience in Accounting and Financial background knowledge.
• Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payables and Fixed Assets preferred.
• Experience in Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud Fusion, BIP preferred.
• Experience in implementing or supporting Oracle BIP and OBIEE.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs, and ensure accurate documentation of stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications, and aid in creation of process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications, following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements.
• Execute test plans, analyse outcomes, and report defects to the development team, to facilitate enhancement of software performance.
• Support the integration of new software features, facilitating smooth transitions within the existing system infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and creation of comprehensive documentation for ongoing system maintenance.
• Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository.
