Your role and responsibilities

As a Oracle Cloud Functional Talent Management Lead, you will specialize in the implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support of business processes within various modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Implement Business Processes: Configure, test, and troubleshoot business processes within Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, and Learn modules to meet client business objectives.
  • Provide Comprehensive Support: Deliver support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client-expected business results are achieved.
  • Write Functional Design Documents: Create functional design documents that outline the configuration and customization of the system to meet client business requirements.
  • Test and Integrate Processes: Test processes and integrate them into the clients' business environment to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Write Preliminary Reports: Write preliminary level reports using OTBI to support business analysis and decision-making.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise

*This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • 8+ years of IT consulting experience
  • 5+ years of relevant Functional Consulting experience in Talent Management Cloud; working in an Implementation Lead role.
  • Certified in Talent Management modules considered a plus.
  • Provides functional expertise and creativity in the implementation and maintenance of solutions during engagements.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the technology implementation strategy is efficiently and effectively performed within the scope of their assigned project.
  • Works with the client and project team to plan, develop, organize, monitor and deliver implementation and maintenance.
  • Contributes to the HCM Center of Excellence initiatives
  • Solid understanding of Oracle HCM reporting, dashboards and security.
  • Leads multiple modules or functional components in Medium to Large size implementations of greater difficulty.
  • Exposure to other modules within Oracle HCM Cloud; highly desired.
  • Experience of working in onsite/offshore model
  • Experience working independently as well as collaborating with a team to meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience learning more than one technology
  • Ability to engage clients in thoughtful dialog to elicit requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, debugging skills
  • Ability to break down abstract concepts into components
  • Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Strong customer service focused mentality
  • Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and JIRA.
