Job summary

Fixity Technologies is seeking a cloud security-focused engineer with experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and policy-as-code to help harden our cloud platforms.

You will define PaC frameworks, implement IaC tooling with Terraform, and collaborate with CNAPP teams to ensure secure-by-default configurations across Oracle and other cloud services.

Candidates should have 1–5+ years of hands-on OCI experience and a strong security mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with OCI IAM, VPC, logging, security controls, storage, and compute.
• Hands-on with Policy as Code and Terraform for cloud native infra.
• Define policy-as-code frameworks (Sentinel, cloud native) and IaC tooling.
• Improve PaC and guardrails to enforce secure-by-default configurations.

• 1-5 + years of experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure foundational capabilities IAM, VPC, Cloud Logging, Security controls, Storage and Compute.
• 1-5 + years of experience with Policy as a Code (Sentinel), Infrastructure automation tools (Terraform) and with a focus on implementing security controls for all type of cloud native infrastructure.
• Define and developing policy-as-code frameworks (e.g., Sentinel and cloud native) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Improve PaC (policy-as-code) and guardrails (Sentinel, native cloud policies) by closely working with CNAPP to enforce secure-by-default configurations across cloud platforms.

• In-depth understanding of Public Cloud native offerings such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Storage and Streaming and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining the root cause for customer-reported issues, building tools, and faster diagnosis.
• Understanding of cloud architecture to ensure high availability while ensuring the highest level of security and visibility.
