Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Cloud Architect to design and implement cloud-first architectures for defense-focused applications in Virginia. You will drive OCI-based solutions, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), and secure network designs while guiding teams through migration and modernization efforts.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph willingness, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years OCI enterprise experience (or 9+ years without degree).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software with a cloud-first development approach.
• 3+ years of experience with OCI services and cloud-native architecture patterns, including Compute, Autonomous Database, Exadata Database, security policies, security groups, and network security.
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Experience working with containerization, including Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Experience creating advanced OCI solutions.
• Experience developing and deploying production geospatial solutions from concept to O & M.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with OCI enterprise solutions, or 9+ years of experience with OCI enterprise solutions in lieu of a degree
