Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain consulting.
• 5+ years supporting Oracle Cloud SCM in AMS or post-production support.
• Strong functional expertise across Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
• Experience in SLA-driven managed services environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted functional advisor for assigned Oracle Cloud SCM managed services clients.
• Develop relationships with business leaders, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead governance meetings, service reviews, and roadmap discussions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Provide architectural oversight for enhancements and production support.
• Lead functional design discussions and review proposed solutions.
• Ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud leading practices.
• Mentor SCM consultants and govern solutions across client engagements.
• Serve as the functional escalation point for complex Oracle Cloud SCM issues.
• Coordinate regression testing with offshore/onshore delivery teams.
