Job summary

Lenmar Consulting, Inc. in the United States seeks an Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant to lead order management and related modules, delivering scalable, value-driven solutions for manufacturing clients.

The role requires deep supply chain expertise, hands-on SCM Cloud delivery experience, and the ability to translate business needs into optimized, fit-to-standard designs, with remote work and milestone-based travel to South Carolina as needed.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of overall Supply Chain and IT experience.
• 6-8 years of hands-on Oracle SCM Cloud experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering at least 2-3 Oracle SCM Cloud implementations or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including Order-to-Cash and Fulfillment.
• Experience with Manufacturing industry customers is highly preferred.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain challenges and recommend best-practice Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Design end-to-end order-to-fulfillment processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiencies.
• Configure, prototype, test, and deploy Oracle SCM Cloud solutions while adhering to Oracle best practices and fit-to-standard principles.
• Analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into scalable functional designs and solution options.
• Support customer workshops, process assessments, gap analysis, and future-state process design.

Oracle SCM Functional Consultant (Order Management)

The ideal candidate will have deep supply chain domain knowledge, extensive experience delivering Oracle SCM Cloud transformation programs, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, outcome-oriented solutions for manufacturing organizations.
