Job Description
The Oracle Cloud Product Manager II – Application (DTP) is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction, ongoing improvement, and roadmap for Oracle Cloud Applications. The Product Manager will oversee project management and end-user training activities to ensure successful execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing project management and training leadership to define strategic direction and drive the continuous improvement roadmap for Oracle Cloud HCM, Learning, and Financial applications.
- Driving Oracle Cloud projects from inception to completion, ensuring optimal system adoption and delivering solutions to end users.
- Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for end users.
- Promoting a user experience vision that informs application development and roadmap.
- Innovating by exploring new ideas and demonstrating tangible results quickly.
- Identifying and defining meaningful problems to solve.
- Collaborating with business partners and application owners to develop solutions that meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Building strategic relationships with stakeholders to evaluate pain points and ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Leading the design of training strategies and user adoption programs.
- Conducting sessions to define requirements, oversee design and development, and support testing and training.
- Prioritizing research findings and stakeholder feedback to address key pain points.
- Developing clear problem statements and business cases for new applications.
- Maintaining and managing the product roadmap.
- Evaluating organizational trends and industry developments to identify focus areas.
- Designing UX and outlining ideal user experiences based on research.
- Defining and tracking KPIs and success criteria.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or healthcare discipline.
- At least nine years of related experience, including three years in Oracle Cloud.
- Minimum two years of Oracle Cloud Learning and Talent Management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts and gaining stakeholder buy-in.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $132,000 - $198,065 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
