Job summary

iteria.us is seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant specializing in Procurement and Inventory Management to join our team in Dallas. The role focuses on Oracle Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain modules, procure-to-pay, inventory optimization, and financial integration to deliver value for clients.

Responsibilities include leading implementations, configuring workflows, and ensuring seamless integration between Procurement, Inventory, and Accounts Payable.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Oracle Procurement functional experience with hands‑on implementation and support.
• Experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud Procurement modules: Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Procurement Contracts.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Inventory Management: organizations, items, transactions, costing methods.
• Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable processes, configurations, and integration touchpoints.
• Experience with procurement business process design: approval workflows, catalog management, supplier onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional implementation and support of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules (Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Self‑Service Procurement).
• Own Oracle Cloud Inventory Management including lot/serial tracking, cycle counting, and valuation methods.
• Configure and optimize procure‑to‑pay processes ensuring integration between Procurement, Inventory, and AP.
• Design and configure approval workflows and supplier collaboration portals.
• Lead stakeholder sessions to map requirements and recommend Oracle best practices.
• Set up procurement categories, catalogs, and punchout integrations for direct/indirect purchasing.
• Establish inventory policies: min‑max, reorder points, safety stock, demand forecasting.
• Implement AP controls: invoice approvals, payment terms, tax configurations, reporting.
