Job summary

Infosys, a global leader in digital services, seeks a Package Project Lead 3 to drive Oracle ERP Cloud projects and PMO strategies. You will engage executives to define scope, refine PM processes, and ensure alignment with financial targets across large-scale ERP programs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, risk management, and Go-to-Market readiness, with a focus on Oracle Cloud PPM, Project Financials, and Deployment of Fusion Architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Functional consulting and solutions architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud PPM modules and Project Financials Management.
• Experience in Oracle Project Management Cloud and Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
• Strong understanding of data models and Oracle Fusion Architecture including PPM upstream/downstream processes.
• Certified Oracle PPM Cloud modules.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes
• Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
• Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
• Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Functional consulting, and solutions architecture.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud PPM modules, Project Financials Management as well as Project Execution Management.
• Experience in Oracle Project Management Cloud.
• Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
• Strong understanding of Data models and overall cloud Fusion Architecture including PPM upstream and downstream processes.
• Has worked on multiple Oracle Cloud implementation programs.
• Hands on experience in solution development / configurations for Oracle PPM modules.
• Certified Oracle PPM Cloud modules.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Strong conceptual knowledge and experience in P2P, R2R, O2C and A2R cycle.
• Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes.
• Rapid prototyping experience
• Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires flexibility of hours.
• Experience in RICEW design.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
