Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Oracle Projects Portfolio Management Lead to assess feasibility and design implementation roadmaps for Cloud PPM and Financials. You will lead streams with senior client leaders and help deliver Finance-focused Oracle SaaS transformations.

The role requires deep Oracle Cloud PPM, ERP, SCM and CRM experience, plus strong consulting skills and stakeholder management. This position is based in the United States with compensation guidance provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cloud PPM Suite, General Ledger, Expenses, Accounts Payables, and Receivables.
• Strong experience in Oracle SCM and CRM integrations with Finance Modules.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Strong consulting experience and analytical skills to guide the implementation team.
• Leading practices knowledge and comprehensive knowledge of a technical specialty or industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate a complex Oracle Cloud PPM and ERP Leadure and ensure successful implementation.
• Work as a stream lead with client senior leaders in major client organizations.
• Help validate Cloud PPM capability to the end customer and our internal verticals.
• Assist in gathering requirements, discoveries, whiteboarding solutions, and product demos.
• Help be responsible for the Finance stream in End-to-End Oracle SaaS Transformation engagements and manage a team.
• Assist with proposals and bids for Cloud PPM and Financial opportunities.
• Help develop proprietary solutions by harvesting unique solutions delivered in the engagement.
