Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Support Consultant with SC clearance eligibility and UK residency. You’ll own and optimise live Cloud Payroll environments, advise on best practices, and collaborate with teams to deliver payroll excellence across UK clients.

You will gain exposure to Absence, Time & Labour, and other HCM modules, while developing consulting skills in a supportive, award-winning Managed Services context.

Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud expertise with focus on Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation.
• SC clearance eligibility; UK residency 3+ years required.
• Desirable: Absence, Time & Labour, or Compensation modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS/Payroll; ITIL knowledge.

• Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, with a strong focus on Payroll.
• Solid understanding of UK payroll and absence legislation.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional design solutions.
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to document solutions clearly.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• SC clearance eligibility - minimum 3 years' UK residency required.
• Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of Absence, Time & Labour, or Compensation modules.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS/Payroll.
• ITIL process knowledge.
• Broader HR process understanding.
