Job summary

Infosys Limited in Hartford, CT seeks an Architecture Consultant 2 to analyze requirements, design scalable architectures, and drive integration strategies using Oracle Cloud PaaS and OIC. The role involves collaborating with client teams and development squads to deliver robust integration solutions.

You will evaluate technologies, lead PoCs, and ensure secure, scalable deployments while aligning with enterprise architecture standards and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle integration technologies, with hands-on experience in OIC.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud PaaS – Integration and Application Development.
• Experience in Oracle Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) tools like Visual Builder (VBCS) & ATP Database.
• Ability to set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for building, packaging, and deploying application extensions across development, test, and production environments.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations.
• Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, Mediator, OSB, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, XSLT/XQuery.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion APIs, business events, FBDI, HDL/HSDL, and scheduled/event-driven integrations.
• Understanding of OIC connections, integrations, lookups, mappings, scopes, fault handling, tracking, and monitoring.
• Experience with authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, certificates, and SSL/TLS.
• Experience designing integrations with third-party applications and databases.
• Experience with DevOps practices—Git, Jenkins, Maven, Terraform, or Oracle DevOps.
• Understanding of integration architecture, API management, security, and cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation
• Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market, and perform a comparative analysis in line with client's business requirement, thereby identifying optimal architectural solution options
• Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions
• Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to the build and deployment automation strategy
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll out methods, during build, deployment and support phases
• Analyze system performance basis architectural solutions implemented and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape
• Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository
