Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience configuring Oracle Inventory (Oracle Cloud ERP strongly preferred).
• Solid understanding of inventory processes, supply‑chain operations, and warehouse controls.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into system configurations.
• Experience with test management, issue resolution, and functional documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Inventory components including items, catalogs, item attributes, units of measure, item templates, and lifecycle states.
• Set up and maintain inventory structures such as subinventories, locators, cost groups, material‑status rules, and reservations.
• Support configuration of lot and serial controls, expiration attributes, and compliance‑driven tracking requirements.
• Maintain transaction setup for receipts, issues, transfers, cycle counts, physical inventory, and adjustments.
• Ensure integration of inventory configuration with Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Warehouse Management.
• Translate functional and operational requirements into accurate, scalable ERP configurations.
• Support testing cycles, troubleshooting, and functional‑specification development.
• Maintain documentation for configuration, testing, and operational workflows.
