Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC in Atlanta seeks an experienced OCI/Oracle Fusion observability engineer to monitor, analyze, and optimize Fusion module performance. You will deploy and manage containerized workloads with Docker and OKE, and implement logging, dashboards, and APM across Oracle Fusion and related SaaS tools.

Responsibilities include improving CI/CD pipelines for Fusion deployments, integrating OCI logging with SIEM, and providing on-call support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OIC, OCI, Oracle Fusion, APEX and ATP.
• OIC integrations: REST/SOAP, adapters, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
• OCI Networking, IAM, Vault, SSO/OAuth and security.
• OCI Monitoring, Logging, Log Analytics, APM, and dashboards.
• OKE/Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD and automation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion application performance and availability across Customer, SCM, Financials, and Procurement modules.
• Set up Logging services (log analytics, connector hub, streaming) and build custom OCI dashboards.
• Maintain autonomous database management and monitoring workflows.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion deployments and updates.
• Provide on-call support for 24/7 production issues.

Job Description:

• In-depth knowledge of fundamental OCI services, including Compute, Storage (Block, Object, File), and Networking (VCNs, gateways).
• Expertise in deploying and managing containerized applications using Docker and Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE).
• A deep understanding of OCI's observability stack to collect and analyze metrics, logs, and traces. Key services.
• Experience with tools like Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of OCI resources.
• Knowledge of Oracle database systems and other databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL for performance tuning and management.
• Expertise in OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM), Vault, and security services like Cloud Guard.
• Proficiency in coding/scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion application performance and availability. This includes a focus on Customer, SCM, Financials, and Procurement modules
• Setup Logging services (using log analytics, connector hub, streaming)
• Custom OCI dashboards for monitoring
• Autonomous database management and monitoring
• SAAS (OIC and Fusion) monitoring
• Integrating OCI logging with SIEM tools (like Google Secops)
• while testing and creating monitoring modules and enabling APM for fusion and providing any documentation that we might have for APM enablement in OCI
• Enabling APM for Fusion and creating dashboards using an external tool / system
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion application deployments and updates
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical production issues
